What is the quality inspection standard of glass curtain wall engineering

Article 1 in order to ensure the quality and safe use of glass curtain wall engineering, the inspection measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the technical specifications for glass curtain wall engineering (jgj102-96) hereinafter referred to as the technical specifications.

Article 2 the inspection method is applicable to the non seismic design or 61-8 degree seismic design referred to in the technical specifications, and the building height is not less than 150m civil buildings, such as the open frame glass curtain wall, hidden frame glass curtain wall, semi hidden frame glass curtain wall, full glass curtain wall and inclined glass curtain wall.

Article 3 glass, aluminum alloy materials, steel, supporting materials and hardware accessories used in glass curtain wall engineering shall comply with the corresponding national or industrial specifications (standards) and inspection and acceptance rules.

Article 4 in the quality inspection, the architectural design and structural design of glass curtain wall shall be reviewed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the technical specifications.

Article 5 the actual bearing capacity of the completed project structure before the implementation of the inspection method shall not be less than 80% of the designed bearing capacity according to the technical specifications.

Article 6 the construction, design, processing, manufacturing, installation and supervision unit of glass curtain wall project must strictly control the quality of materials and production and installation in accordance with the technical specifications and other relevant codes and standards.

Article 7 the glass curtain wall project shall be inspected and accepted item by item in accordance with the design and construction drawings and the terms of acceptance of glass curtain wall project in the technical specifications, and the acceptance record shall be filled in, and the relevant parties participating in the acceptance shall sign and seal the acceptance.

Article 8 when safety inspection is conducted for glass curtain wall project, the safety problems shall be inspected emphatically according to the requirements of the annex, and measures shall be taken in time to ensure the safe use of glass curtain wall project.

Article 9 in order to ensure the engineering quality of glass curtain wall, the quality assurance data must be checked according to the items listed in this article. If there is no quality assurance data, it shall be supplemented. If it is impossible to make up, the on-site quality inspection must be carried out, and repair, dismantle or take preventive measures according to the hate condition to avoid quality and safety accidents.

Article 10 the construction supervision department of the Ministry of construction entrusts the national construction engineering quality supervision and inspection center to formulate and explain the inspection methods.

Article 11 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
